江天一取得首名里奧後補資格

「亞洲乒乓球外圍賽–2016 里約熱內盧奧運外圍賽」今日（17日）假伊利沙伯體育館上演最後一天賽事，男女子各6個後補名額產生，仍然有傷在身的港將江天一今天壓軸登場，面對年僅19歲的泰國小將柏達沙，江天一最終以4：2擊退對手，取得男子首名後補席位。

何鈞傑為香港取下首個乒乓球奧運資格

香港乒團首個奧運資格到手！香港男子乒乓球代表何鈞傑今日（16日）於亞洲乒乓球外圍賽第二階段決賽迎戰烏茲別克的基積夫，雖然這名帶病上陣的小將曾一度以0：1落後，但其後他憑著超強後勁連追4局，最終在主場球迷見證下，為香港取得首個奧運乒乓球資格。
